Depression
Depression can show up in many different ways- depending on the person. For example, children and teenagers often become increasingly irritable when struggling with depression, while adullts typically feel increasingly sad and isolative. Many people can have "high functioning" depression and appear to others as "having it all together" when on the inside, they feel miserable- often making it more difficult to admit to the feelings of depression.
